Established in 1966 by Francis (Frank) Creamer, our company began as a vision between a father and son. In 1986, Frank’s son Wayne joined him, marking the beginning of a dynamic partnership that would shape the future of our business. With dedication and hard work, the business flourished, leading us to become a limited company in 2008.

Though we sadly said goodbye to Frank in 2021, his legacy and passion continue to inspire us every day. Wayne remains at the helm, steering the company forward with the same commitment to quality and excellence that Frank instilled in us.

Today, the Creamer family continues to play an integral role in the company’s success, with all the children actively involved in the business. Our staff, many of whom have been with us for years, are more than just employees – they’re part of our extended family.

LABC (Local Authority Building Control) is the national organisation that represents local authority building control departments in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each local authority provides a service to make sure building work complies with building regulations.

LABC, through its network of professional surveyors, advises and supports property owners and professionals, making sure buildings are safe, healthy and efficient, and conform with building regulations.
